1. License
dynamXIP GmbH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the dXIP Word add-in (“Add-in”) within Microsoft Word.
2. User responsibilities
- You must provide and manage your own Kvant MAAS API key and comply with Kvant’s terms.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API key and ensuring lawful use of generated outputs.
3. Intellectual property
The Add-in and related materials are the intellectual property of dynamXIP GmbH.
4. Limitations of liability
The Add-in is provided “as is,” without warranties. dynamXIP GmbH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or for inaccuracies in outputs generated by Kvant MAAS.
5. Service changes and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Add-in at any time.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
