dynamXIP GmbH (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how our Word add-in (“the Add-in”) handles information.
Information we collect
- API key: You may enter your own Kvant MAAS API key. It is stored locally in Microsoft Office Runtime storage on your device and is never transmitted to dynamXIP GmbH.
- Document content: When you run a feature, selected text (and optional attachment text) is sent directly from your Word client to Kvant MAAS for processing.
- Telemetry: The Add-in does not collect analytics or personal data.
How we use information
Your API key is used only to authenticate your requests to Kvant MAAS. Document content is used solely to generate the requested output. We do not access, process, or store this information.
Retention
dynamXIP GmbH does not retain your API key or document content. Any processing/retention is governed by Kvant’s policies.
Your rights
